There are lots of companies out there that have or are in the process of providing APIs to front end their telephony technology.   &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;If you are an enterprise company, you have all kinds of options.  Smaller to medium sized businesses can look at IfByPhone - which has low price points, and easy integration.
